Sand Road Animal Hospital, LLC

Lori is one of many multi-talented people on our staff. She is a licensed veterinary technician as well as a professional groomer.

Lori joined Sand Road in 1997, but she began her grooming career more than 20 years ago under the guidance of Dotty Edell at East Farms Kennel in East Canaan, Connecticut. She became a certified companion animal hygienist in 1998 and, over the years, has earned a well-deserved reputation for her gentleness, patience, and meticulous grooming. She is available for appointments three days a week.

Lori delights in animals of all kinds. She and husband Pete are the owners of a flock of hens, two cats, and a cocker spaniel named Otis. They live in Sharon.

Jenn joined our staff as a veterinary assistant in 1998. Before that she worked as a professional hair stylist. She soon realized that she could combine her love for animals with a skill that came naturally to her. She decided to become a professional groomer.

She trained under experienced groomers for several years and has attended a number of seminars devoted to her craft. Her talent and hard work have paid off. Our clients appreciate her conscientiousness and attention to detail, and their pets leave our grooming facilities looking and feeling fabulous. She takes appointments on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Jenn lives in Sharon with her significant other, who is also a professional groomer. They share their lives with an African grey parrot, a cat, and three dogs.
