Medical Services

Our veterinarians are strong advocates of preventative medicine. But injury or illness can occur in spite of the best precautions. Should your pet require hospitalization or unexpected surgery, we pledge to do everything possible to make a difficult time a little bit easier.

Our doctors work closely together, evaluating each patient's medical condition throughout the day. They will discuss your pet's illness with you, set up a treatment plan, answer your questions, and give you regular medical updates.

During their convalescence, hospital patients rest comfortably in clean, spacious cages lined with soft bedding. They are monitored constantly by licensed veterinary technicians and highly trained veterinary assistants. These dedicated women also feed our patients, give them exercise and, most important, provide the tender loving care essential for a full and speedy recovery. Hospital patients with a contagious illness have their own quiet isolation room with its own air supply to minimize risk to our other patients.

Should you wish to see your sick pet, we will gladly arrange it. Call our hospital staff to schedule a visit, to check on the status of your pet, or to speak with one of our veterinarians. (860) 824-5223.
